Shipping & Returns


Once we receive your order, it will be processed in 48 to 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup in our system.



Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone or  email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. MilawatbyPriyanka offers the following shipping methods:

Your order shall be shipped within 3-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through Delhivery / Xpressbees. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. MilawatbyPriyanka is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package. As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you to track your order.

(Shipping might be delayed due to certain COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the Government of the said State/Province). 


Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received. Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our office.

For returns/exchanges head on over to the Return/Exchange Portal and follow the steps to create a return/exchange request. You will then be contacted by our team to help you with further instructions. You can even email our customer service department for an exchange/return and we will be glad to assist.

Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging with all the tags intact. If an item does not work out for you, the item can be exchanged for a different size/colour through the return/exchange portal or you can request for a refund for your order. In case of refunds to payment method, a small fee of Rs.100 will be deducted per item. 



In case you have placed an order and want to cancel it, kindly send us an email at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID and the name with which the order was placed. Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to be shipped. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.150 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email.
